At The Cure, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend tracking your shipment to ensure it reaches our warehouse safely.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
